COURSE INTRODUCTION

Mathematical Olympiad is an international high-quality course, based on the training of children’s thinking skill and problem-solving ability, combined with mathematical principles, fun, logic, etc., a training course that inspires children’s intelligence.

COURSE FUNCTION

  • Help students to strengthen textbook exercise to improve academic results.
  • Identifies the major problem and finding the solution for students on the weaker part of calculation, application, geometry etc problem.
  • Comprises in-class teaching which then extends to Mathematical Olympiad type of questions, which in turn increases students Maths level.

Course Syllabus

  • in line with Malaysia’s Mathematics syllabus.
  • some questions likely to the KBAT exercise, helps to solve the school test question.
  • step by step to guide the students based on their ability (personal progress).

  • consist questions from International  Contest – China, Singapore, Australia etc.
  • contents include: logical inference, calculation skills, pictorial solving, combine calculation, reverse guidance, geometry etc…
  • stimulates Mathematical thinking, trains observation & analytical, sequencing, logical & rational thinking, and problem solving ability.

WHY MUST WE LEARN MATHEMATICAL OLYMPIAD?

Malaysia’s World Mathematical ranking (PISA) in 2015 is number 52, and 2018 is number 48, whilst Singapore is ranked number 2. The learning of Mathematical Olympiad is to bring up our country’s mathematical level to the international standard.
